How to Request Deletion
If you have shared information through support, analytics consent, or any account-based feature, you can request deletion by contacting app support and providing enough detail for us to locate the data.

Depending on what was collected, deletion may include support messages, identifiers, technical logs, or other information associated with your request.

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, or dispute resolution. Retained data is limited and protected.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days. If more time is required, we will provide an update where possible.
Uninstalling the App
You can remove locally stored app data at any time by clearing the app data from Android settings or uninstalling the app from your device.
